It's time for the Pumpkin Patch!

Hallowe'en, that is. This year at work we're dressing up at characters from Clue. This is fitting because I have no 'clue' who they are. Well, I kind of do, but it sounded better that way. I am Mrs. White, played by Madeline Kahn in the movie, who was one of my fave actresses. My only exposure to Clue is the movie, actually and I don't remember it very well. I just remember that it wasn't too good.

Pictures may follow. My dress makes me look like a 300 pound elephant, so I may shy away from the camera.

I've been reading the best book: Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil by John Berendt. It's not new or anything, but it is to me! I got it at our work book sale for 50 cents and am just loving it. My fave character is Joe Odom, who basically squats in other people's houses, plays piano and hosts an unknown number of guests there. Added to that, he writes bad cheques and is overall totally unreliable and absolutely lovable. I highly recommend.

In other news you basically don't want to know what's been going on in my circle. I feel like I'm in the eye of the storm sometimes.
